The maps showing radiation levels around the plant grounds are posted here.
Newest monitoring post data at Fukushima Daiichi can be found here (in Japanese but translates well with Google Translate)
On these maps please note the high reading near the Administration Building of 2015.0 μSv/h.
It appears to be the highest on that map.
The plant complex map has a reading of significance. The SGTS, is part of the venting system that runs into the vent stack.
It has a reading of 10,000 mSv/h.
The photo above shows a worker standing next to the unit 1-2 vent tower near where that 10,000 mSv/h reading was taken in late 2011.
This later became an ongoing controversy and later work to deal with the high radiation levels at this vent tower.
Below is some early radiation mapping for the plant site, followed by more recent mapping.
All maps are sourced from TEPCO, newer maps were sourced from TEPCO as of 2021.
