Committee Of Seven For World Peace Releases An Appeal On Nuclear Power
The Committee of Seven For World Peace has issued a detailed appeal to Japan and the world to address the risks involved with nuclear power. The group cites the Preamble of the Japanese constitution, that all peoples of the world have the right to live in peace, free from fear and wants.
Based on this they outline in detail how the use of nuclear power goes against this mandate in many ways and urge a sane objective review of the situation in Japan. A video and also a print copy of the appeal is available in multiple languages at the Committee of Seven website.
