Things We See On The TEPCO Webcam
Strange things are spotted on the TEPCO webcam from time to time. A pair of lost dogs, that were later rescued. A random Tanuki or two and stray cats. We see workers go past frequently. Then there was this guy. He is either directing a piece of equipment or a one man flash mob was our best guess. We have the video and a couple of still shots below.
