Increases In Cesium In Urine From Fukushima
Children in the Fukushima region were tested initially in May and more recently in late July. This testing is independent of any government effort and is being conducted by French NPO AGRO. One of the children tested saw an increase rather than a decrease in cesium levels. This child did not evacuate. This raises concerns about the effectiveness of decontamination and other efforts to lower exposure in Fukushima.
