TEPCO Submits Heavily Censored Document To Govt. Committee

TEPCO was asked to submit a copy of their emergency manual to a House of Representatives committee. What TEPCO submitted is completely useless. The majority of the manual and key information has been censored out. TEPCO claims that information is their “intellectual property” and refuses to give that to the government committee. This comes on the heels of the news that TEPCO intended to abandon the nuclear plant on March 15th. An act that would have likely destroyed a large portion of Japan and required the evacuation of Tokyo.
