Yomiuri Calls Cold Shutdown Inaccurate

The Daily Yomiuri explains why the claims of cold shutdown clearly do not in any way meet what is going on at Fukushima Daiichi. They also raise valid concerns about the situation of the melted fuel and the lack of any real knowledge of its location.
