Some people have had a short blip when logging in for the first time. It may take a few minutes from the time you create your login for the first time until the system updates and “sees” it. This seems to be happening with both system logins and using social media logins. You can use both social media accounts to log in like Google, Facebook or Twitter or you can close that pop up window and create a username and password to use directly with the chat.
