Prosecutors Compel TEPCO To Hand Over Videos
Government prosecutors have formally demanded in house conference videos taken by TEPCO as the disaster at Fukushima Daiichi unfolded. Prosecutors are considering charges including suspicion of professional negligence resulting in death for both TEPCO and some government officials. The decision to press charges should be determined by the end of the fiscal year.
