Our ongoing research of the disaster at Fukushima Daiichi has found some additional insight into the explosion events at unit 4 Fukushima Daiichi.
Initial reporting on the cause of the explosion varied and were never investigated further by TEPCO. Additional new data has caused reassessment of this event.
