Chat Technical Issues – UPDATE

The chat is having technical issues.

Update: Some are able to get in and chat. If you are unable to see others online reload the page. Chat history does not show up but current conversations appear to.

Update: The timeout issue might be due to the large database size of the chat history, waiting to hear back from support regarding clearing the history since we have limited access to SQL commands. Hoping to have it working by later today if this is the issue.
Update: The SQL server is throwing time out errors starting yesterday and increasing into today. A support ticket has been opened, waiting to hear back.
