TEPCO Sends Unit 4 Into Space
TEPCO’s photoshop department is at it again. This photo appeared in a report on the progress and inspections of unit 4. For some unknown reason they decided this older photo of unit 4 contained super secret information at the ground level.
The poorly done image gives the appearance of the building floating in space. Possibly TEPCO’s next solution for the disaster gone out of control.
