Tsunami Warnings Over, No Immediate Damage Noted At Fukushima Daiichi

UPDATE: Reuters is reporting TEPCO saying no damage.
Not enough time has passed for a full rundown of plant systems and minor areas.

OccupyJapan123:09pm via tweecha for android NHK: Tsunami measuring 55cm (1.8ft) detected at Onagawa Nuclear Power Plant in Miyagi. Plant says it’s able to withstand 17m (55ft) tsunami.

The tsunami warnings have all been canceled. Views from TEPCO’s webcam did not indicated any immediate major damage at the plant. Right now no reports of other damage have been found but we are continuing to investigate the situation and will post when we know more.
