Fukushima Unit 2 Torus Has A Hole In It

Kyodo is reporting a 3cm hole in the unit 2 torus. TEPCO claims that water is leaking out through this hole yet the level of water outside the torus tube is higher than the water inside the torus tube based on a recent survey. So far TEPCO has not released a report or video of the new inspection and finding.
