Fukushima Worker Electrocuted, 3 Power Issues At Plant

An electrician was electrocuted while working on the new office building at Fukushima Daiichi. The worker was taken to the Iwaki hospital and is expected to be there for a number of days. Two apparently unrelated power issues also happened at the plant the same day.

A low voltage alarm went off repeatedly in the common pool building. No reason could be found so workers reset the system.
The RHR cooling system for unit 5 was also shut off while workers inspected a power panel and replaced some equipment. No abnormalities were documented in either case.
