2nd Robot Enters Fukushima Unit 1 Containment

TEPCO is reporting that the second robot has been put into containment and made 6 of the 11 data stops on the second inspection route. This is roughly half way through the distance of the second route, noted in red on the graphic below.

They plan to resume work tomorrow morning.

 

Rough translation of the report in TEPCO’s daily press handout.:
