Kharkiv Nuclear Accelerator Bombed A Second Time

The nuclear accelerator at the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology was hit a second time just hours ago.

Both The Guardian and the Kyiv Independent are reporting the second bombing of this facility that houses nuclear fuel used in a research accelerator.

This time the exterior and numerous laboratories on site were damaged. The first bombing damaged some of the building exterior along with electrical lines and a cooling pipe for the accelerator. The extent of the new damage is still being determined.

The featured image for this report is from the initial bombing, we are hoping to find new imagery of the facility as more information comes out.
