Vitamin C: Berries, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cantaloupe, cauliflower, grapefruit, honeydew, kale, kiwi, mangoes, nectarines, orange, papaya, red, green or yellow peppers, snow peas, sweet potato, strawberries, and tomatoes.

Vitamin E: Broccoli, carrots, chard, mustard and turnip greens, mangoes, nuts, papaya, pumpkin, red peppers, spinach, and sunflower seeds.

    Again, this needs a caveat: given the biochemical equivalence of potassium and Cs-137, foods that are high in potassium will often be high in cesium, too, so knowing your food sourcing is important.

    And, of course, it goes without saying that the seaweeds would optimally not be from Japan.
