Researcher Says Recriticality In July & August At Fukushima

Yoyo Hinuma, of University of California San Diego has detected what he thinks is recurring recriticality at Fukushima Daiichi. He cites increased radiation levels in Tokyo and Yokohama City as evidence of these events. He also mentions high levels of iodine 131 in sewage sludge in Tokyo and Kanagawa in July and some sandboxes showing high radiation that showed safe in the area before.
