First Japanese Reactor To Restart

The Genkai nuclear reactor is expected to restart Wednesday. Unit 4 at Genkai has shut down October 4th due to a procedural error. Genkai unit 4 has been running but technically counts as a restart since it tripped on October 4th. It has not gone out of service for refueling or maintenance, the point where reactors are to do stress tests
