RT Picks Up FukuGate Story

The ongoing scandal at the Fukushima prefecture offices for hiding radiation reports during the height of the crisis and then later deleting them continues to capture media attention.
RT TV ran a story today about the very questionable excuses given for not disclosing the data and then deleting for whatever reason the prefecture government can come up with today.

Pepe Escobar points out that it would be quite easy to find out who did what and when by sending some IT staff to both offices. The evidence sits in the log files.

The inept and ever changing story from the prefecture offices reeks of involvement in the larger scandal to cover up the extent of the disaster. RT points out the
lack of motivation in Japan’s government to investigate the scandal. The best chance this has at getting the truth to come out is media pressure. It has worked
before to extract answers or evidence. Please share this issue widely. Here is our original story on the cover up.
