Typhoon Jelawat Update For Fukushima Daiichi

Current weather radar shows Typhoon Jelawat that has turned into a tropical storm has already passed Fukushima Daiichi and is now in the northern prefectures. The current web cam at the plant showed windy conditions that were moving the camera. Current winds at the plant averaging about 8 meters/sec. according to JMA.
