Fukushima 50 Battle Depression, PTSD And Discrimination
The Fukushima 50 (actually totaling 300 workers) currently have about a 50% incidence rate of depression or PTSD. On top of this most are also victims of the disaster. This identity causes the workers to be seen as “TEPCO” rather than people who risked their lives to protect the country.
