Finnish EPR Reactor Construction Delayed Again

The Olkiluoto3  reactor in Finland announced yet another delay in the completion of the project. This is one of two EPR reactors being built by Areva. The first two of this kind and both have been plagued by failures, delays and cost over runs. The new completion date is 2016.
