TEPCO Releases Large Photo Dump – Image Gallery
TEPCO released a large collection of images they classified as a mixture of employee images gathered on the disaster. Asahi Shimbun estimated about 2145 total photographs, our estimate after the total download of all files was about 1700 images.
TEPCO’s servers were running slow or not at all most of the weekend after the initial story of the images came out. We were able to download and mirror the files, they can be easily browsed here. Some are quite large, a full sized version can be viewed using Flickr’s viewing options.
