Information for the unit 2 muon scan has been found. Still not released as information through any of the official channels dealing with the disaster.
The handout from Nagoya University shows unit 2 on the left and unit 5 (with fuel in the core) on the right. Researchers assume “very little” fuel is left in the reactor vessel of unit 2.
They seem to have considered the set of scans a success and considered the potential for burying their detector design into the ground to scan lower structures possible.
Big hat tip to Fukushima Diary who found the handout.
