Nuclear Protests in Japan Mark Three Months of Disaster

It has now been three months since the Great Eastern Japan Quake and tsunami brought the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant to its knees. How should we grade the response? In Japan, the occasion was marked by protests, suddenly less rare among the Japanese people.
