TEPCO finds own nuclear accident manual useless

TEPCO admits that their emergency manuals at Fukshima Daiichi were useless during the accident. The admission was from an in house report being released to the media. The emergency manuals have been an ongoing issue with the Japanese government. An investigation committee has requested the manuals multiple times only to be given documents so censored they were unreadable.

The in house report also claims that the tsunami was the core cause of the reactor failures, something most analysts that have looked at the event data and testimony dispute. The report also claims unit 2 didn’t have a hydrogen explosion even though it is well known that unit 2 has damage to the torus.
