Fukushima Unit 4 Crane Failure; Workers Left Parking Break On

Nikkei is reporting that the problem with the unit 4 overhead crane was discovered to be workers attempting to operate it with the parking brake on. It sounds like work at unit 4 will resume soon now that the problem has been resolved. Earlier TEPCO thought it would take a week to repair the assumed damage on the crane.
