Today’s updates from Ukraine:
Workers and civilians at the plant remain held hostage. Mobile phone, internet, and road access remain unavailable. Schedule and routine maintenance is not happening at the site due to the Russian occupation of the plant site. Contract workers can not travel to the site and the remaining workers at the plant can not complete the work.
The area around the plant has seen some marginal improvement in mobile phone and internet access although it appears to still be sporadic or unreliable. The 750kV power line remains out of service.
Ukraine’s nuclear regulator cited that a high radiation source at a cancer hospital was destroyed when Russia bombed the hospital.
