Workers and civilians at the plant remain held hostage. Mobile phone, internet, and road access remain unavailable. Schedule and routine maintenance is not happening at the site due to the Russian occupation of the plant site. Contract workers can not travel to the site and the remaining workers at the plant can not complete the work.
